Mallorca Holiday Home Colored by Sea View
A gleaming south facing villa, situated between the port of Puerto Adriano and the Nautical Club Santa Ponsa, sits on a perfectly placed plot of 1,250 square meters that looks out over an amazing blue panorama. The contemporary build has a living area of 380 square meters, and a sun kissed garden that is scattered with a number of open and closed terraces.
Long glazed walls let in a flood of bright natural sunlight, which spills over the hardwood and marble that covers the generous floor area of this beautiful home, giving each area a gleaming luxurious finish.
The pure white living area feels as though it has no walls as the sparkling Mallorcan view continues uninterrupted, like a living wall mural.
The open plan home stretches over three pristine floors, offering up five bedrooms, plus one additional staff bedroom in the lower quarters.
Over in the modern dining area, aqua blue dining chairs draw upon the stunning color scheme provided by nature beyond the windows.
An open air lounge and dining area provides extra entertaining opportunities in the glorious weather.
A highly contemporary chrome extractor design is the star of the show in this slick ice-white kitchen with sharp black trims. The central cooking island also doubles a casual eating area for four diners.
The bedrooms of this holiday home are sleek and stylish, colored only by the aqua view.
The bathrooms are equipped with double vanity units and finished in fresh and clean décor.
Down on the basement level, a Spa and Wellness area comes complete with a sauna, Turkish bath, and Jacuzzi.
An infinity pool offers a private place to cool off away from the social beaches of the Balearic Island.
This villa is now for sale. If you are interested you can contact Heidi Warth at Mallorca Gold for more details.

Sparkling White Apartment with Hideaway Home Offices
This crisp home décor, from interior design studio Polinova Paul, harbors not one, but two secretive workspaces that would keep you hidden away from the hubbub of the household when duty calls. On top of the duty dens, this home holds some beautiful bedrooms, a fresh open plan living area, two practical small bathroom layouts and a dramatic hallway design. Let’s explore!
We start off in the serene living space, where the lounge area floats in the center of the open space like an island–clinging to an area rug, nestled under the bough of an arc lamp.
A home wine bar has been created over in the window area with a simple bench, bar stools and a generous wine rack peeping through frosted glass doors.
The fireplace has been moved up and over to make way for a flatscreen TV, and the two hang happily side-by-side.
The dining area butts up against the back of the sofa to provide extra floor space in the kitchen.
This kids room benefits from oodles of storage space, keeping all of the clutter at bay.
Vertical track lighting glamorously frames the master bed.
The master bedroom’s walk-in closet leads through to a very private study. Although the home office is hidden away out of plain sight, the décor detail is fabulous. Geometric print wallpaper gives a blast of style and interest to the small room, whilst an oversized art print in sunshine yellow lifts the whole look.
A large window floods the side office in natural light, illuminating a built in bookcase.
Small but perfectly formed, this tiny shower room is kitted out with a mini basin and wall mounted toilet.
This colorful kids room is filled with warm and cozy lighting, casting a fuzzy glow against wood paneling.
The second home workspace nestles in a tight spot, but what it lacks in dimensions it makes up for in cheerful color and striking form.
Bespoke shelving ensures that every nook is utilized.
Lighting strips decorate the hallway.
