This idyllic Beverly Hills retreat is a 6,533 square foot single story new-build in the prestigious Trousdale Estates. The house beds onto the green hillside, where a backyard trail leads to a sweet vantage point with city views. It has been thoughtfully created in organic finishes and clean lines to build an iconic piece of Beverly Hills style. The house boasts five beautiful bedrooms, and six and a half bathrooms. Amenities include a home theater, gym, laundry room, a VRV system for independent room temps, a 45 foot swimming pool, and an outdoor bar area. Each of the main rooms spill out onto the terrace, giving the home a true indoor-outdoor connection.
